1. Direct and promote sales team, provides leadership towards the achievement of sales target and generate the direct sales for the company (about facility management services: Facility Services; Cleaning Services; Security Management Services; ...)
2. Develop and executing the sales plans, action plans, client care plans for the assigned market that ensures attainment of company sales goals.
3. Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
4. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
5. Provide daily/monthly reports to senior management regarding sales and performance.
6. Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, database, sales admin process and activity reports.
7. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the sales team.
8. Train, test, and guide sales staffs based on criteria agreed upon by management
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business/ Marketing/ Economics/ Communications
2. More than 05 years experience in equivalent position
3. .Good at English. Good in Japanese is an advantage.
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation, negotiation skills.
6. Good at forecast, planning, analyisc skills.
7. Good at leadership; motivation; problem solving skills.
8. Well organized, able to handle many tasks at same time .
9. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
