What You’ll Bring Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in backend development using Node.js and JavaScript. Strong understanding of blockchain principles and protocols, such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar. Demonstrated expertise in building RESTful APIs, working with databases, and implementing web services. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Hands-on experience with smart contract development on blockchain platforms, particularly Ethereum, using languages such as Solidity. Familiarity with blockchain development tools and platforms, such as Truffle, Remix, or Web3.js, for smart contract deployment, testing, and interaction. Previous involvement in building decentralized applications (dApps) that utilize smart contracts for automating business logic and transactions on the blockchain. Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its services, such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and IAM, for cloud-based deployment and infrastructure management. Proficiency in working with message queue systems, such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or AWS SQS, for asynchronous communication and task processing. Familiarity with load balancer technologies, including NGINX, HAProxy, or AWS Elastic Load Balancer (ELB), for distributing incoming traffic across multiple servers to ensure scalability and high availability. Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role within a development team. Proficiency in version control systems such as Git.
