• - Support the Deputy Managing Director in managing and implementing the construction projects of IPP Construction.
  - Directly report to the immediate superior.
  - Control project implementation time according to approved construction plans.
  - Manage construction projects: Scheduess management, contract management, construction management, project risk management, project operation management, fit-out and finishing, acceptance, asset transfer.
  - Assume responsibility to the Board of Directors and the Client for the implementation process of IPPC's commercial projects.
  Interact with the client, arrange materials and goods provided by the Client to subcontractors.
  - Understand, analyze, and evaluate the current status of project implementation while grasping project execution processes to devise project management plans and controls.
  - Review and evaluate changes in design, construction, procurement of materials, equipment, labor safety, environmental hygiene, fire prevention, trial runs, and project handover, as well as operational training. Ensure that these changes do not compromise safety, quality, or project timelines.
  - Prepare tender documents, select contractors.
  - Monitor and supervise the progress and quality of subcontractors' contract execution.
  - Review and inspect documents of subcontractors according to contracts signed with IPPC.
  - Supervise and manage subcontractors to adhere to and adjust their schedules. Update project progress in line with overall approved schedules and milestones.
  - Monitor, evaluate, and report on the progress and completion status of subcontractor construction schedules. Provide timely corrective actions and adjustments in case of delays to ensure project completion on schedule.
  - Develop, review, and implement plans and conditions for conducting tests, inspections, trials, and acceptance tests in line with overall project schedules.
  Inspect, supervise, and urge the establishment and implementation of measures to ensure labor safety, environmental hygiene, and fire prevention by subcontractors.
  - Review the plans, oversee the training process of subcontractors, guide operation, and technology transfer of subcontractors.
  Supervise and manage subcontractors to ensure tasks are executed in accordance with project milestones and critical timelines.
  - Review and inspect construction organization measures, quality plans of subcontractors.
  Manage project-related risks.
